Automated Guided Vehicle Sourcing

Automated Guided Vehicle Sourcing coordinates factory quotations for automated guided vehicle programs. We are not the manufacturer, not an authorized agent and not a warehouse holding finished vehicles. Buyer, coordinator and supplier keep distinct responsibilities so RFQ files stay comparable.

This page explains supplier responsibilities during specification review: design input they must answer, evidence they must attach, and open deviations they must name. Company founding years, plant capacity and client counts are omitted because this service has no verified factory heritage to publish. Public manufacturer pages, such as Toyota’s ML2 description, are technical references only and do not imply affiliation.

Supplier responsibilities

Independent sourcing partner: we match a written mission to factories willing to quote the same inclusions. Certificates, ISO files and FAT protocols remain supplier documents requested for a named product, not credentials of this website.

Supplier responsibilities: Design input

Factories receive payload (lbs) with attachment and carrier, travel speed basis (mph under stated load), battery voltage, route points, three-phase supply at chargers, footprint and PLC/WMS handshake owner. They do not invent missing aisle widths. If the buyer cannot yet freeze navigation, the supplier should quote options rather than a silent default.

Supplier answer

The written answer lists loaded transfer dwell, congestion assumptions, remaining missions during charging, and which system authorizes handshakes. Connected load, cooling if any, compressed air for attachments, and software license duration sit beside the vehicle price. Spare parts lists name wear items, not a vague kit.

Open deviation

Deviations include inability to use the intended carrier, charger installation excluded, mapping billed as a later project, or SAT limited to an empty demonstration. We record those gaps. We do not convert them into a claimed discount versus an unpublished market.

Limitation transparency for this service: we cannot guarantee a certification will cover an entire line; we cannot convert a brochure speed into warehouse throughput; we cannot confirm outdoor, freezer or classified-area duty without the supplier’s written boundary. Feedstock here is the load unit, not a process chemical. Duty cycle and work envelope still belong in every comparable file.

Keep base vehicle and site work on separate quote lines
