Collect payload (lbs) with attachment, travel speed basis, battery voltage, route drawing, quantity, destination, delivery window, three-phase supply at chargers, footprint and optional budget (currency, range, per-unit or whole-order). Note supplier tier preference as a buyer choice, not a verified rating.

Supplier answer
Ask how many missions remain possible during the proposed charging schedule and which system authorizes pickup and drop-off handshakes. Request connected load for chargers, software license term, and whether FAT uses the intended carrier. Opportunity charging on a public model page is a method, not a cost result for your shift.

Open deviation
Flag missing charger installation, unspecified Incoterms, SAT limited to empty travel, or tooling quoted later. Those gaps change total cost of procurement. Automated Guided Vehicle Sourcing will not fill them with a market-average discount.

Limitation: this checklist cannot convert unknown electrical capacity into a charger layout, cannot certify functional safety for mixed pedestrian aisles, and cannot promise that one ISO file covers vehicles plus software. Those limits stay with the supplier and the contract.
