automated guided vehicle manufacturers

This page coordinates comparable quotations from automated guided vehicle manufacturers. Automated Guided Vehicle Sourcing aligns buyer evidence with factory answers. We do not operate as a factory, a sales franchise or a pre-audited vendor list. Handshake authority, charging hardware and software licenses are written as inclusions or exclusions so two quotes can be read side by side.

Manufacturers should quote against the same mission: pickup, drop-off, load carrier and delivery interval. Ask which system authorizes pickup and drop-off handshakes—vehicle PLC, warehouse management software, or a local station controller. If that owner is unnamed, queued jobs and recovery after a network loss cannot be compared. Tooling, installation, shipping, training and commissioning remain line items, not implied extras.

Service stage and responsibilities

Sample trial

Sample trial: Design input
Buyer supplies floor drawings with slopes and charging locations, load envelope including the top attachment, electrical supply (voltage, phase, frequency), and a time-based demand profile. State whether payload includes the attachment and carrier. Connected load for chargers is a site input, not a vehicle nameplate substitute.
Supplier answer
The manufacturer states loaded transfer dwell, route congestion assumptions, remaining missions during the charging schedule, and which system authorizes handshakes. Navigation method, positioning tolerance at the station, and PLC interface documents belong in the written answer. FAT procedures should name the sample, not a generic brochure cycle.
Open deviation
If the factory cannot run the intended carrier, or if WMS handshake is sold as a later software license, record the deviation before comparing price. Missing charger installation or mapping labor is not a discount; it is a different scope. We will not copy competitor saving percentages into this file.

Industry dispute, written as a procurement choice rather than a slogan: a single vehicle versus an integrated line changes staffing, PLC interface and SAT boundaries. Another dispute is nominal speed versus validated output—request test conditions and a representative sample. A third is machine price versus installed project cost, which separates tooling, shipping, utilities, installation and spare parts. None of those disputes is resolved by this website; they are questions for the named manufacturer on each RFQ.
